And here we are - Events Tourism & Management at Staffordshire University.

Our courses not only meet the standards of the Quality Assurance Agency, but they're formally accredited by the Tourism Management Institute (TMI), and can help you achieve accredited status through the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). We've also made arrangements for student membership to the Tourism Society and/or the British Association of Conference Destinations (BACD).

Our industry-led courses include a range of visits to tourism attractions, events organisations, plus the possibility of an overseas residential. There's also the added flexibility of transferring between Tourism, Events Management and the wider suite of Business and Management Programmes.

With a clear focus on skills, employability and enterprise, there's also the added option of an industrial placement. Highly regarded by employers, a placement provides the valuable experience of working within a real working environment.
